uniPAY In Retail

Innoviti's unified payment solution for retailers, uniPAY, now provides Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) capability for marketers to carry out real-time analysis of customer purchase patterns with drill up/down capability.  This capability  allows marketers to instantly define direct-to-customer campaigns on customer micro-segments, thereby providing for a cost-effective way to reach out to customers with relevant, useful offers. The other features of uniPAY including credit/debit, gift and pre-paid card processing.

uniPAY Expands Platform Support

uniPAY's credit card processing module is now available for Linux, WinCE and even for hardware platforms without operating systems support.   This allows uniPAY to be applied to segments such as radio taxis, home delivery and other mobile payment applications.  The technology has been designed in a modular manner allowing for support for a wide variety of platforms in a seamless manner.

trueID Enhancements

trueID, Innoviti's successful range of biometric authentication products are now ANSI/INCITS 378-2004 compliant, thereby expanding the applications and geographies in which they they can be used. Further enhancements done to the product range include single quad-band design for world-wide frequency support and an optional internal antenna system for applications with tough environmental conditions.

Board Expansion: Innoviti is pleased to inform the induction of Shantanu Bhagwat into its Board of Directors. Shantanu is the Business Development Partner (Asia) for Amadeus Capital Partners Limited, UK.

At Amadeus, Shantanu has shepherded a number of investments for the firm including: Power Paper, which produces thin and flexible batteries; Solexa, which is developing ultra-high throughput DNA sequencing technology; Plastic Logic and Red-M. Before joining Amadeus, Shantanu was a strategy consultant working for Monitor Company in London. Prior to Monitor, he served in the Indian Foreign Service as a career diplomat for several years.

Patent Portfolio Strengthened: Innoviti has enhanced its patent portfolio to eleven patents, including recently accepted patents in the areas of biometrics and credit card payments.  These will help Innoviti protect its solutions against possible intellectual property infringement and help it provide technologically superior products to its customers.
